Keith has been CEO of Marugame Udon since June 2020. His senior career has included roles at Pizza Hut, Yum! Asda and Gourmet Burger King, as well as advisory roles at a range of food and hospitality businesses including Harrods Food Halls, Selfridges, Wasabi and Flight Club Darts.
