Emilio Malik has worked for over 25 years as an entrepreneur in hospitality and property. He started his career running an exotic fruit import business, selling to clients including Del Monte, supermarkets and branded hotels, before developing a number of successful restaurant businesses that included the first Illy cafe in London. Emilio currently runs Lazeez Tapas in Mayfair and is developing innovative QSR brand Tahina with co-founder Javier Troitino-Ramos, which will be launching its first store in 2025. Emilio is a big advocate for making quality food affordable for all and giving back to vulnerable communities.
