Javier Troitino-Ramos has 25 years' experience of working in the hospitality industry, with operational roles in companies such as Haagen Dazs, Yo Sushi and Mitchells & Butlers. Alongside Emilio Malik, he is the co-creator of new healthy QSR brand Tahina, which is launching this year. Javier is passionate about technology and data modelling, and how these can be used to give customers amazing service alongside amazing food.
