Tim is a food and beverage operations specialist with 30 years’ experience. He has held principal franchise positions as well as working for the corporate franchisor including with leading brands such as Papa Johns, GDK, Subway and Burger King. Tim has been responsible for working with franchisees and the overseeing project management for hundreds of new restaurants. He now supports franchisees at YouMeSushi as the 26-site strong fresh sushi brand moves to the next, ambitious level of its development.
