Eleanor Warder is the co-founder of atis, a London-based food brand on a mission to make powerful, real food part of everyday life. Since the launch in October 2019, atis has grown to 14 sites across London and is known for its vibrant, wholesome food, design-led spaces and community-driven approach to fast-casual dining. With a background in hospitality as a sommelier and a passion for delicious food, health and wellbeing, Eleanor leads the creative direction of atis – shaping everything from menu innovation and partnerships to tone of voice and store design. She is particularly interested in how food, culture and well-being intersect, and how values-led businesses can scale without losing soul.
