Eleanor co-founded food-to-to salad concept atis with Philip Honer in January 2019. She was previously a sommelier at Noble Restaurant & Wine Bar and has previous experience as a purchasing executive at Slurp. atis currently operates from 14 sites across London, offering salad bowls and power plates.
