Angus is the founder and CEO of premium farm to fork salad and seasonal bowl concept Bewliehill. Inspired by the produce from his grandad’s former farm home, Lambert set up Bewliehill in October 2021, having spent time as an assistant manager at LEON in (2018-2019), and as a chef de partie at Frog by Adam Handling. Alongside salads, the Bewliehill menu features smoothies, pastries, porridge, soups, coffee and juices.
