Angus is the founder and CEO of Bewliehill, a London-based food brand serving seasonal salads, soups and smoothies made with local produce and minimal processing. Bewliehill is named after a farm in the British countryside with family ties – a place that shaped Angus's early relationship with food. Drawn to the restaurant world by the quality of fresh ingredients and the creativity that goes into bringing their flavours to life, he set out to bring that same care into everyday eating – with seasonal, flavour-packed, accessible food at the heart of Bewliehill. Since opening its first site in Islington in 2020, the brand is now growing across London, with new locations opening this year.
