A qualified Chartered Accountant, Isobel joined Black Sheep Coffee as financial controller in August 2018, before becoming head of finance and finance director. She was promoted to UK managing director in April 2023, and subsequently to EMEA growth director and chief of staff in September 2025. In her current role, Isobel is leading the coffee shop business on an ambitious journey to disrupt the coffee industry and redefine what it means to be a challenger brand.
