As the Director of European Operations for Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sumner leads core functions within restaurant operations strategy in the UK, France, and Germany and well as expansion in Europe. He has been with Chipotle for over 20 years, and he previously held the titles of Managing Director, UK, and Regional Operations Manager in the U.S. Sumner holds an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
