Annabel Fox is a co-founder of De Nadas – the UK’s first empanadería to specialise in hand-shaped empanadas. The brand opened three shops between 2022 and 2024 (Notting Hill, Shoreditch and Stoke Newington), and, more recently, its fourth shop and central kitchen in Bethnal Green. This latest site will enable De Nadas to further expand, as well as explore franchise opportunities. Annabel’s background is in PR and she sat on the board for five years at one of the world’s leading independent consultancies. She leads on De Nadas’ marketing strategy as well as business development.
