Following a career in the financial sector as an analyst, with experience in private equity, credit and commercial real estate, Jonathan made the move into F&B in 2014, founding ‘farm to fork’ field tray-style eatery Farmer J. Following the opening of its first restaurant in Leadenhall, in the City, in 2016, the business has continued to expand within central London, with recent openings on Coleman Street and Tottenham Court Road, and is gearing up for opening of its debut international location in New York City, in early 2026.
