Nick was appointed managing director of rapidly expanding craft bakery business Gail’s in March 2025. His key responsibility is leading the continued growth of modern craft baking throughout communities in the UK ensuring Gail's gets better as it grows. Prior to Gail's Nick was CEO at Comptoir Libanais the Lebanese casual dining chain, managing director of Leon and managing director of The Restaurant Groups Concession division. Throughout his career Nick has put fostering innovation at the heart of his leadership style. He believes innovating develops individuals and teams, and gives businesses a competitive advantage in a difficult marketplace.
