Volodymr co-founded Honi Poke with business partner Kosta Varesko, opening their first site on Dean Street in Soho in 2017. The poke bowl operator has now grown to 24 sites, almost doubling its estate in 2024, and is targeting 15 new openings over the next 12 months.
