Rashique founded How Matcha! in April 2024, opening his first site, in Marylebone the same year, followed by a second in Notting Hill in November 2025. His idea for the business is that it’s just than just a café – it is also a meeting point for creativity, wellness and innovation. Its new Notting Hill site features a zen room and Tatami Tea Room, with an innovative drinks menu featuring everything from the a wasabi matcha shot to seasonal specials like the Black Forest Hojicha.
