Thomas has been with Joe & The Juice for nearly 12 years, latterly as chief commercial officer. Previously he was CEO of JJ Franchise, going on to join Joe & The Juice as director of business intelligence in 2012. During his time at the brand he has served as global retail director, commercial director, and senior vice president strategy & business development. He has also served as a board member at Nordic hairdressing chain Cutters since 2019.
