Patrick joined the UK McDonald’s senior leadership team as SVP chief restaurant officer, in September 2025. He is responsible for the operational strategy and standards of our restaurants, including Delivery, Licensing and Field services, Franchising and Corporate Operations. In a 25-year career that started as a crew member in Switzerland, Patrick joined the UK&I team from McDonald’s Canada where from 2021 he served first as senior director of national operations, and more recently as field vice president East since 2023. During his time at McDonald’s, Patrick has successfully overseen the implementation of McDelivery in the Swiss market as well as helping navigate McDonald’s Switzerland through the global pandemic.
