Chris Phylactou has been UK managing director of Papa Johns for the past year-and-a-half. Before that he was Vice President for supply chain at the pizza group's international business for more than three years. Before Papa Johns, Chris spent eight years at TGI Fridays, latterly as managing director for Europe.
