Florian de Chezelles and James Dare launched The Salad Project in London’s Spitalfields in 2021. Since then, the rapidly growing group has expanded to seven sites across the capital and gained a cult following for a curated, creative, and health-focused lunch experience. The Salad Project has also won accolades such as Uber Eats’ Restaurant of the Year.
